In the early 80’s my wife and I adopted 2 children from Honduras. They lived in state-run orphanages which provided the best possible care. We were there for a month and even though our accommodation was excellent we had to care for two very sick kids doctoring at least twice a week. They didn’t get healthy until we were home giving them proper nutrition and health care.
My heart never left Honduras and the scenes of children and their families barely surviving. I made a couple mission tips back to Honduras in the early 2000’s. Those trips only ingrained the images of the sickness and poverty plagued people.
I come from a construction background and am an inventor. I’ve built many homes in rural areas and had to be very concerned about the water being consumed and the wastewater leaving the house. Wanting to do the best job possible for my customers. I studied water technology to discover the best methods with the most reasonable cost and sustainability associated with that.
After seeing what was happening in Honduras and their sources of water, I had to figure out a way to provide them with safe water to drink. I knew what I wanted, now all that was left was finding the parts and making sure it would work as I imagined.

Jesus said. “I was thirsty, you gave me something to drink.” Matthew 25:35
Something to drink.
It seems so simple.
That is what motivates me.
Will you help me give these people something healthy to drink?
